General
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers made by the entrepreneur and to all remote agreements concluded between PLAYPLAID (Playplaid.com, play-plaid.com), part of Ptit Dessin, hereinafter referred to as Ptit Dessin, and the customer (client), unless explicitly agreed otherwise by Ptit Dessin in writing. No rights for future transactions can be derived from any agreed exceptions. The text of these general terms and conditions is made available to the consumer before the conclusion of the remote agreement. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated that the general terms and conditions can be accessed at the entrepreneur’s premises before the remote agreement is concluded, and they will be provided to the consumer free of charge as soon as possible.

Acceptance of an offer and/or placing an order implies the buyer’s acceptance of the applicability of these terms and conditions. These general terms and conditions describe the most common situations. In cases not covered by these general terms and conditions, such situations shall be evaluated in accordance with the spirit of these general terms.


Prices and Offers
All prices on our website include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs. Ptit Dessin reserves the right to change prices, offers, and other terms until the agreement is concluded. Clients cannot derive any rights from prices and offers from the (recent) past. Ptit Dessin cannot be held to prices or offers if the buyer could reasonably understand that the price or offer, or any part of it, contains an obvious mistake or typographical error.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.


Deliveries
Ptit Dessin endeavors to ship all orders to the address specified by the customer within 4-10 working days. In case of longer delivery times or temporary unavailability of products, customers will be notified by email within 7 working days. The product must be delivered no later than 30 days after purchase. Failure to do so entitles the customer to dissolve the agreement without charge. Ptit Dessin assumes the risk of delivery until the customer receives the product. If the customer has requested delivery to a third party, the customer assumes the risk once the product is delivered to the third party.


Payment Methods
The purchase and sale agreement is concluded when the customer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding terms and conditions. Until the receipt of this acceptance is confirmed by email, the customer may dissolve the agreement. The amount owed can be paid using the payment options offered on our website. Alternatively, the amount owed can be transferred to Ptit Dessin | Account number: NL41 INGB 0006 5318 44 | BIC Code: INGBNL2A. Articles will be shipped upon receipt of the amount owed.


Reclamation and Returns
Ptit Dessin does everything to provide you with a perfect product. We advise you to inspect the articles delivered immediately upon receipt. Should the ordered articles not meet your expectations, you must inform us via e-mail as soon as possible. Ptit Dessin will then try to solve any problems or complaints in consultation with the buyer in the best possible way. The customer is entitled to a reflection period (inspection period) of a minimum of 14 calendar days. This term starts the moment the customer receives the product.

Please note: the full purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days. If you return your entire order, you will receive a refund for the cost of the PLAYPLAID products, but not the shipping costs. The costs of returning the item are at your own expense.


Liability
Ptit Dessin, its staff, and its products are not liable for any damages, directly or indirectly, of any nature. Ptit Dessin is also not liable for damages caused by third parties in the implementation of the agreement. Ptit Dessin accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of its products. The liability of Ptit Dessin is limited to the purchase price of the relevant article. Ptit Dessin is not liable for misunderstandings, damages, delays, or incorrect transmission of orders and messages resulting from the use of the Internet or other means of communication, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of Ptit Dessin.


Liability for Damages Caused by Delivery Service
Ptit Dessin is not responsible for any damages incurred during transit by the delivery service. Once the product is handed over to the delivery service, any damages or losses that occur during shipping are beyond Ptit Dessin’s control. Customers are advised to inspect packages upon receipt and to report any damages directly to the delivery service and to Ptit Dessin. Ptit Dessin will assist customers in the resolution process to the best of its ability, but it cannot be held liable for damages caused by the delivery service.


Force Majeure
Ptit Dessin is not obliged to fulfill any obligations to the customer if hindered by circumstances beyond its control and not attributable to its fault or responsibility by law, legal action, or generally accepted standards. Force majeure includes all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, beyond Ptit Dessin’s control, preventing it from fulfilling its obligations. Ptit Dessin also has the right to claim force majeure if the circumstances preventing fulfillment of the contract occur after it should have fulfilled its obligation. If the period of force majeure lasts longer than two months, both Ptit Dessin and the customer have the right to dissolve the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.


Applicable Law
The Agreement and these general conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
